UN3373 and dangerous goods
- Diagnostic specimens carried as UN3373 Category B in triple packaging to P650
- Category A (UN2814) and dry ice (UN1845) only with approved packaging and a separate SOP
- PrDP-D drivers for loads above exempt quantities; placards and spill kits carried
- Oxygen cylinders handled as Class 2.2
POPIA approach
- Operator agreement (section 21) with every lab, pharmacy and hospital client
- Crews never see medicine names: sealed, opaque bags
- Public tracking masks names and addresses
- Patient data hosted in South Africa as the platform goes live
Cold-chain validation
- Cooler handling under SOP TOTG-HAZ-SOP-004: 30-minute pre-cool, gel bricks, tamper tape, loading sheet
- Out-of-range readings recorded and escalated at once
- Calibrated loggers and box validation to SA summer and winter profiles being rolled out
- Proof-of-Cold-Chain certificate with a public verify link
SAHPRA stockless model
- Option A: we are a transporter, not a wholesaler or pharmacy
- We move medicines under the client's licence through a technical agreement
- Nothing is held in a hub for more than 24 hours
- Schedule 6 and above are excluded from patient delivery

- Closed, lockable canopies with rubberised load decks
- CarTrack telematics, geofences and in-cab cameras on route vehicles
