Not just cold. Provably cold.
2-8 C stops in pre-conditioned boxes, with a logger trace and a public certificate anyone can verify.
What goes wrong today
- 01
Vaccines, insulin, biologics and specimens lose value outside 2-8 C, often without anyone noticing.
- 02
Receivers sign for a box but have no way to see what happened to it on the road.
- 03
Auditors ask for temperature evidence long after the delivery photo has gone.
How Hazchem fixes it
- Cold-chain 2-8 C stops for wholesalers, pharmacies and labs.
- Cold-chain patient delivery for insulin, biologics and vaccines.
- A Proof-of-Cold-Chain certificate per shipment, with a public verify link and QR code.
- A monthly Chain-of-Custody Compliance Pack per site for your audits.

Four steps, one record.
- Step 01
Pre-condition
Boxes are pre-cooled for at least 30 minutes with gel bricks, per our cooler SOP.
- Step 02
Pack and log
Contents, origin, time and crew are recorded; the lid is tamper-taped.
- Step 03
Monitor
Readings are logged in transit. An excursion opens an exception in Control.
- Step 04
Certify
On delivery, the certificate is issued with min, max and any excursion.
Done properly, and documented.
- Cooler handling follows SOP TOTG-HAZ-SOP-004 (2-8 C chain of custody).
- Calibrated data loggers and box validation to SA summer and winter profiles are being rolled out.
- Out-of-range readings are recorded on delivery and escalated to operations immediately.
Published prices, no surprises.
Business prices exclude VAT. Surcharges for after-hours, weekends and waiting time are listed on the pricing page.
