Protocol-grade custody from the site fridge onwards.
Site-to-depot and site-to-airport legs for trial samples, with frozen and dry-ice options.
What goes wrong today
- 01
Trial samples often travel with sponsors' global couriers who are thin on the ground outside the main cities.
- 02
A missed flight cut-off or a warm box can cost a visit and a protocol deviation.
- 03
Sites need a local partner that understands timed pick-ups and full documentation.
How Hazchem fixes it
- Site-to-depot and site-to-airport legs, timed to sponsor cut-offs.
- Frozen and dry-ice (UN1845) consignments as an add-on.
- Ambient, 2-8 C and frozen ranges in client-supplied or validated packaging.
- Custody record per leg that sits in your trial master file.

Four steps, one record.
- Step 01
Schedule visits
Load your visit calendar; pick-ups are pre-booked.
- Step 02
Collect
Samples are collected packed, scanned and sealed at the site.
- Step 03
Hand over
Delivered to the depot or airline handler with signature.
- Step 04
File
Export the custody record for the trial master file.
Done properly, and documented.
- Packaging is supplied or approved by the sponsor or a trained shipper.
- Air legs are tendered to the airline as cargo under the shipper's documentation.
- Sample export permits remain the sponsor's responsibility; we carry the paperwork.
Published prices, no surprises.
Business prices exclude VAT. Surcharges for after-hours, weekends and waiting time are listed on the pricing page.
